A micro-flotation process for water and wastewater treatment
Wednesday 11 October, 2017
Enviplan’s Aquatector Microfloat (eMF) is a micro-flotation process for water and wastewater treatment, utilising micro bubbles of 20-50 µm (>90% of the micro bubbles are in this range) for separation of suspended solids and colloidal material. The high bubble density and turbulence free distribution in the micro-flotation tank provides over 99.9% separation. Particles <10 µm can be separated. Most existing eMF plants operate without chemicals or flocculating agents. eMF systems offer high hydraulic and solids loading rates in a small footprint, low energy consumption and maintenance free operation.
